GLUTEN-FREE We created our 4flour fried chicken which took us on the search for a venue in our local community that could sustain a local bar and restaurant serving only gluten free food. We are proudly gluten free after searching near and far for a bun that satisfied every burger eater. We make every dish we serve from our kitchen & proudly support local suppliers who produce quality ingredients.

TAKE-AWAY Our takeaway menu changes 4 times a year with the season. Pick one up at the bar if you haven’t seen one in your letterbox recently. Check out our ever evolving beer and wine list and the fridge to see if you want to add to your order.

FROM THE FRIDGE Everyday we fill our display fridge with delicious take home meals. All house made, all delicious, all gluten free! Everything from a noodle salad to frittata, lasagna, vegan fried rice & the very best dessert selection in town.

SPECIALS We have a constantly changing specials board on each day from Parma night on Thursday, to surprise takeaway $10 wings or fried chicken for one hour at a moments notice. Our Sunday special is usually a roast or seafood special with 1, 2 or 3 courses. Always surprising, always the best, always frying our delicious 4flour fried chicken.

BEER & CIDER

Our beer and cider selection is constantly changing and we support small independent producers who make interesting and individual drink. Our list of gluten free beers is ever evolving.

WINE

We are so lucky to live in one of the best wine making regions in the world and as a result our list is short, sharp and always changing when the best new vintage arrives on our doorstep. If you desire something that is not on the list please talk to our staff to see what we have hiding under the bar.

SPIRITS

We have a small selection of the usual spirits you expect in a bar. we have several small producers on board and hope to add more in the future. Spiced rum and great gin are our favourite things

COFFEE

Our coffee is roasted just over the hill in Dromana by Little Rebel coffee roastery. We are currently pouring the Shark Bay blend which has amazing depth of flavour with or without milk.
